Participate in the virtual job fair! Meet and network with job seekers from across Canada.
- Turnkey service:
- Your virtual booth is created by our team;
- You can add as many job postings as you wish to your virtual booth (our turnkey service will add the first five postings, and you can add the others later);
- You will be able to make changes and additions at any time once you access your virtual booth.
- Present a live or pre-recorded talk about your organization during the event;
- From the moment the virtual fair opens and throughout the event, candidates will have access to the information you provide regarding your organization, available positions, and the times your representatives will be online.
- Group training on how our platform works and access to the Help Center one week before the event;
- Registration closes on November 28, 2024.

- Less than 30 employees: $525 + applicable taxes;
- Between 31 and 100 employees: $650 + applicable taxes;
- More than 100 employees: $750 + applicable taxes;
- Recruitment agency or associations: $1,500 + applicable taxes;

This amount includes:
- Setting up your virtual booth;
- You will find the following on your virtual newsstand:
- A logo, a banner, your street address, unlimited job postings, a description of your organization;
- Add a hyperlink to your calendar so that participants can book appointments with your team;
- Display your availability on your virtual booth;
- Receive an email when a candidate submits their application;
- From your kiosk, you will be able to:
- Chat with candidates in the networking room via text or video, in private or public mode;
- Broadcast one to four videos;
- Add one to three virtual rooms to host job seekers (you must provide your Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or other links);
- Access a dashboard to manage your job postings. Here you will find:
- The number of views and applications per job posting in real time;
- The ability to rate a candidate and take notes on a candidate;
- The option to download the candidate’s CV.

- Real-time access to participant profiles and contact details (filter and search engine available);
- Up to 6 live representatives at any time;
- Multi-recruiter access to CVs during and for 10 days after the event;
