Steps to participate in a Speed-Jobbing event
STEP #1: Complete the pre-registration form
Each event is unique. You must complete a pre-registration form for each Speed-Jobbing event.
You must complete the registration form before the date indicated on the document.
Register for one of our Speed-Jobbing events. See the event calendar.
STEP #2: Meet the Project Manager
During this meeting, our team wants to know about the job openings available in your organization. You can send us your job offers and explain the profiles you are looking for. Together, we will complete the ‘Desired Profile’ questionnaire. This questionnaire will help us match job seekers.
Explain your needs to us.
Specify whether you prefer a local candidate or if you are open to international recruitment. For international recruitment, we suggest consulting an immigration specialist. We are not immigration specialists.
Additional services: Job offer drafting. For an additional fee, we can draft your job offers for you.
STEP #3: Send your job offers and your organization's presentation before the deadline.
Once we receive your job offers, we will post them on our job site to begin the matching process. Job seekers will be able to apply directly for the jobs.
Your organization’s presentation will be used during the event launch.
The deadlines are linked to the event. Dates differ from one event to another.
STEP #4: Event Launch
During the event launch, organizations will be able to showcase their employer brands. Each participating organization will be able to give a presentation about their organization.
Job offers will be available on the job site, and job seekers will be able to apply for job offers.
STEP #5: Job seekers can apply for job offers
Job seekers will have access to your job offers and will be able to apply for them before a deadline.
STEP #6: Our team will match candidate profiles with job offers
If you are selected to participate in the event, you will receive your access to the 12vm platform by email.
STEP #7: Receive platform access and meeting schedules by email
48 to 72 hours before the start of the event, you will receive access to the 12vm platform and the Help Center by email.

Your meeting schedule is available on the 12vm platform.
On the meeting schedule, you can see:
- The name of the employer and the person you will meet;
- The employer’s website;
- A brief description of the job offer.
The number of meetings depends on the match between your profile and the job offers available for the event.
The duration can vary from 10 to 27 minutes depending on the event.
Virtual interviews take place in a private virtual room.
Access the virtual room 10 minutes before your interview.
STEP #8: Information session and Q before the event
All participants can attend an information session that explains how the event works. You can also access the Help Center to view tutorials that explain how the platform works.
Your meeting schedules and candidate resumes are available on the platform.
Interview durations depend on the events. The duration can vary from 10 to 27 minutes depending on the event.
STEP #9: HR Networking and Speed-Jobbing - Interviews with job seekers
Interviews are timed, and appointments are scheduled. Everything is in place to start the Speed-Jobbing event.
You will be able to evaluate applications directly on the platform. Once the event is over, you can export the evaluations to your work tools.
