Each event is unique. You must complete a pre-registration form for each Speed-Jobbing event.

After completing the form, if your profile meets the employers’ selection criteria, you will be invited to complete your profile on our job site. From the job site, you can apply for job offers.

We invite you to participate in the Event Launch to learn more about the Speed-Jobbing HR Networking Job Fair.

The Speed-Jobbing Event Launch is an online event. The hyperlink to access the virtual conference will be available once the pre-registration form is completed.

By participating in the Speed-Jobbing event launch, you will be able to obtain the following information:

• How Speed-Jobbing works;
• Participating employers;
• Types of job offers available at Speed-Jobbing;
• Frequently Asked Questions.

It is important for you to participate in the Event Launch.

Once your pre-registration form is submitted, you will find out if you are eligible to participate in this Speed-Jobbing event.

If your profile matches the employers’ selection criteria for this Speed-Jobbing, you will be eligible to complete your profile on our job site. See Step #4.

If your profile does not match the employers’ selection criteria for this Speed-Jobbing, your process will stop here.

Each Speed-Jobbing – HR Networking event is unique. If you are not eligible to participate in this Speed-Jobbing, it means your profile does not meet the job offers available for this event.

It is important to accurately complete your profile on the job site. A well-filled profile increases your chances of being selected for Speed-Jobbing.

You can add one resume per Speed-Jobbing event.

You have the option to manage the privacy of your profile and resume on the job site.

If your profile and resume are public and your qualifications match a job offer, you may receive an email invitation to participate in Speed-Jobbing.

All job offers available for a Speed-Jobbing event are grouped under the same Employers (Company).

It is important to consider application deadlines. Each Speed-Jobbing event has its own process. Make sure to respect the deadlines.

If you are selected to participate in the event, you will receive your access to the 12vm platform by email.

48 to 72 hours before the start of the event, you will receive email access to the 12vm platform as well as access to the Help Center.

Your meeting schedule is available on the 12vm platform.

On the meeting schedule, you can see:

• The name of the employer and the person you will meet;
• The employer’s website;
• A brief description of the job offer.

The number of meetings depends on the match between your profile and the job offers available for the event.

The duration can vary from 10 to 27 minutes depending on the event.

Virtual interviews take place in a private virtual room.

Access the virtual room 10 minutes before your interview.

All participants can attend an information session that explains how the event works. You can also access the Help Center to view tutorials explaining how the platform works.

Interviews are timed, and appointments are scheduled. Everything is in place to start the Speed-Jobbing event.

Once the interview is over, the employer will inform you of the next steps.
