Event Description

Our client organized a virtual Speed Jobbing event. The objective was to facilitate meetings between employers and job seekers over a short period, regardless of their geographical location. To promote the event, the client used their database to send email invitations to employers and job seekers, and also promoted the event on social media.

Upon registration, job seekers were required to submit their resumes, and employers had to inform the client of the ideal candidate profile for vacant positions within their company. Once the information was obtained, the client completed the matching process using the provided documents. As a result, 54 job seekers and 20 employers participated in the event. Furthermore, on the SJV platform, each participant had access to their personalized meeting schedule.

Our Mandate

For this mandate, we provided our client with our document template so they could match employers with job seekers. After receiving the matching documents, we uploaded the information to our platform, and our algorithm prepared the meeting schedules.

We sent a personalized schedule to each participant via email. Participants had the opportunity to attend a training session 48 hours before the event. During the event, our technical team was available to address various situations. After the event, we conducted a survey among participants.

The Results

Ninety percent (90%) of employers mentioned meeting individuals who matched their hiring criteria, and several recruiters scheduled second interviews or sent job offers to job seekers.

During the event, no incidents related to our platform were reported.
