Case Study
Turnkey Virtual Job Fair Solution
Here is a case study of a bilingual Virtual Job Fair (VJF) that we organized.
Event Duration: 3 days and one day of live chat
Participant Profile
Visitors: Job Seekers
Exhibitors: Employers
Event Description
Our client, an employment services organization located in a Canadian province, used our VJF platform to launch a bilingual Virtual Job Fair (VJF). Fifty-seven (57) employers participated in the VJF. They were able to add their logo, job offers, videos, images, and virtual rooms to their virtual booth. During the event, they were able to network with job seekers via the chat window and virtual rooms.
To access the Virtual Fair, 1,575 people completed the registration form before and during the event. Once on the VJF, they could search for job offers via the search filter and apply for jobs. There were more than 1,800 exchanges between participants during the event.
Our Mandate
Our mandate consisted of managing the event from start to finish. We implemented a promotional campaign to ensure the success of the event. To facilitate the job search, we grouped employers by industry sector.
The event took place over 3 days, but at the client’s request, there was one day of live chat. During the event, we organized conferences for employers and job seekers.
The Results
Several hundred people participated in the event. Employers conducted dozens of interviews. Employers had access to the resumes of job seekers who visited their virtual booth.
They were able to contact them after the VJF. The organizer was able to retain the job seeker database and contact them afterward.
