ORGANIZATION CANCELLATION POLICY (EMPLOYER, RECRUITER, COMPANY, ORGANIZATION, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) :

CANCELLATION 15 DAYS BEFORE EVENT LAUNCH

Organizations intending to cancel their participation in the virtual event may do so up to 15 days before its launch. In such cases, they will be reimbursed, minus an administrative fee of $150.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT START

Cancellations received less than 15 days before the event start will not be eligible for any refund. You cannot postpone your participation to a future event.

NON-PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT

Organizations absent from the event will not receive any refund. You cannot postpone your participation to a future event.

SPEED-JOBBING: FEWER THAN 3 SCHEDULED INTERVIEWS

(This clause applies only to virtual SPEED-JOBBING events).

If an organization has fewer than 3 scheduled interviews, it is entitled to a credit or a 50% refund of the registration fee. To qualify for this option, the organization must have diligently completed the Candidate Profile questionnaire during the meeting with the project manager. This credit is applicable only for scheduled interviews. A person who does not show up for a meeting is considered a missed interview and is not counted as a scheduled interview.
