Our client uses the SVI platform to organize a day of virtual conferences. Between virtual sessions, visitors can meet partner companies at their virtual booths. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective is to allow visitors to obtain information on topics related to the business world. Visitors were able to interact during the conferences or engage with speakers and colleagues at their virtual booths before or after the sessions. <\/strong><\/p>\n

To access the virtual event, 475 people completed a registration form before and\/or during the event. Exhibitors were able to add their logo, documents, videos, images, and virtual rooms to their virtual booth. The client used their database to promote the event. They also invested in promotion to increase the number of visitors. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Our mandate consisted of training the event organizer on the features of our platform. We scheduled two training sessions to assist our client in using our platform, as well as additional meetings to answer any other questions. During the event, our technical team was available to provide immediate assistance to our client via email support. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ninety percent (90%) of the conferences were live and 10% were pre-recorded. Once the live conferences were over, we broadcast the video recordings on our platform so that absent participants could watch them later. <\/strong><\/p>\n
